🌍 Shipping & Orders

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, we’re unable to modify or cancel your order — but you can still return it once it arrives for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure checkout.


⏰ Processing & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During high-demand periods or sale seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.


💵 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our prices are listed in USD and are tax-free.
Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties or customs fees once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.

We’re not responsible for customs delays, but we’re happy to guide you through the process if needed.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please email us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details as soon as you receive your package.
We’ll review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for an update.
